These poles are pretty awesome, we like the way you screw them into the ground instead of having to pound them in. The ones we got before these broke while hammering them in the ground. The height is great, they did bow a little once we put the light string on them but they are so far in the ground that we don't have to worry about them coming up and blowing away! They are perfect to put some light on our new patio
